The owner at YIEN’S GARDEN here is very friendly and well-known! You’re going to be overwhelmed here with options! Reasonably priced, genuine, direct feedback on ways to take care of your hauls. Somehow, I’m going to go home with 3-5 more mini pots when I come.

The plants are beautifully decorated, the surroundings are very cozy.

这是一间在Bintulu-Miri Rd(往机场方向)，独立式房子的多肉园艺花圃，地点很容易找到，在大路旁就有设立牌子。
里面种植了超多种的多肉植物，还有其它的品种。

除了植物，还有超多的园艺摆设品，花盆花瓶-陶瓷的塑胶的，还有泥土和小石，肥料雕饰等。。。
这家的园艺就饒着屋子一圈，园主也打理的很漂亮，那时我问了很多关于种多肉植物的问题(泥土，阳光，水分，环境等)园主都有问必答，还亲自示范如何放土与浇适当的水等。

这里的所买的东西价钱都很公道，有些和市价比就相当便宜。特别是园艺摆设品，都很精致美观。

Local Sakura Blooming in Miri City Fan

Feels like it’s as if it was somewhere else when walking in Miri City Fan. As if in the Japanese or Korean countries that have Sakura trees are falling.

You guys need to get yourself there. From the lens of the picture is beautiful but it’s even more beautiful when we can see and experience it yourself.

Stunned to see the fallen and beautiful flowers just now.

Our eyes would rather look at the “reality” than the fantasy in the picture. It’s really fun to take cool pictures with all the pink flowers petals on the ground. Blown away.

Fun Fact :-

For those who don’t know the name of this tree, this tree is called a tree of Tacoma/Tabebuia but not Sakura.

Hot and dry weather phenomena in the previous month generally have caused this Tecoma/Tabebuia tree to blossom due to its traits that require such weather to promote the pollination process.

The evening will become so beautiful when the flower is a lot of fall.

Large size Tecoma/Tabebuia tree flower, in various colors of color which is pink to purple, White, red and emerging when this tree does not have or very few leaves. A little bit of info Sharing. May it be useful.

In Miri There are 2 species, which is the species of Tecoma and Tabebuia. Don’t be mistaken okay. Mostly we see are Tabebuia.

1) Tecoma
There are 14 types of species of tecoma 12 from America and 2 MORE AFRICA.
Genus: Tecoma / tecomaxochitl, Species: Trumpet vine, Family: Bignoniaceae, Tribe: Tecomeae
Native: America & Africa, Common name: Trumpetbush

2) Tabebuia
Almost the whole tree is a tree, usually a large shrubs. Some species produce wood, but the genus is mostly known as flowering trees
Genus: Tabebuia, Species: Timber, Family: Bignoniaceae
Tribe: Tecomeae, Common Name: Roble / trumpet tree

The Marvel Experience Thailand Theme Park is opening in Bangkok

Attention MARVEL fans! Southeast Asia’s First MARVEL Theme Park known as The Marvel Experience Thailand will be opening in Bangkok at the end of year 2018! The Marvel Experience Thailand Theme Park attraction is a joint venture between Hero Ventures, a Los Angeles-based entertainment company, and the Thai firm Hero Experience.

The project is currently under construction and is expected to open at the end of 2018. The 10,000sqm venue in the Bang Na area will allow visitors to be a part of the action through a first-of-its kind interactive adventure featuring such well-known Marvel characters as Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Wolverine and Captain America.

Marina ParkCity Project in Miri City

Still many people unknown about another hidden developing destination in Miri City near to the beach. Currently, many shophouses were built up there, the place is called the Marina ParkCity. The Marina ParkCity’s Master Plan has a spanning of approximately 550 acres land size.

It is just located within the exciting business district of Miri City Center. The ParkCity will be introducing modern infrastructure, streetscape and civic anchors for creating a vibrant, thriving and compelling commercial hub once completed.

There are 108 units of commercial shop offices in the Marina Square I, and another 144 units of shop offices with a total revamp of the facade and central boulevard. Besides, there will be residential construction covering terraced, semi-detached, bungalow, low-rise and high-rise condominium units.
