AirBorneo’s official website has reportedly begun listing job openings — a clear sign that preparations are accelerating. The recruitment drive, based in Kuching, signals that Sarawak’s very own airline may soon take to the skies.
During the Sarawak Mega Fair 2025 opening ceremony held in Singapore yesterday, Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg announced that AirBorneo will include Singapore among its first destinations, strengthening tourism and trade ties between Sarawak and the city-state.
