The old Miri Municipal Council building on Jalan Kingsway is being transformed into Fudan-Curtin Joint Research & AI Medical Experience Center, collectively called “The Hall.”

This transformation is a core project in Phase 1 of Kenyalang Smart City, symbolizing strategic partnerships with top Chinese universities and translating research into real-world applications.

The Hall will position Miri as an international hub for advanced medical research, tech integration, and cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
