The Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak has issued a notice regarding temporary partial road closures in the Miri area to facilitate barrier replacement works.
Affected Locations:
1. Jalan Pujut heading to Bandar Miri
2. Jalan Pujut heading to GK Roundabout (Bulatan GK)
3. Road in front of the Miri Police Headquarters
Closure Period:
From 5 August to 26 August 2025, daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The road closures are necessary for safety and to allow works to replace roadside barriers to be carried out efficiently. Road users are advised to be cautious when traveling near the construction zones and to follow any posted diversions or instructions from traffic personnel.
