The Miri City Council (MBM) has officially launched the 2025 E-Compound Parking System at Marina Phase 2, marking another step towards a greener, smarter, and more livable city.
Miri Mayor said the new system allows enforcement officers to issue parking notices instantly via mobile devices, with data uploaded in real time. The public can also check and pay compounds easily through the Borneo Park Miri official mobile app, without queuing at counters.
The system is currently on trial at Marina Phase 1 and 2 before being expanded citywide. With the slogan “Smart Parking. Trusted Service. Better Miri”, MBM is confident the initiative will make parking management more efficient, eco-friendly, and transparent.
美里市议会（MBM）于滨海二期正式推介 2025 年电子停车罚单（E-Compound）系统，标志着美里迈向绿色、智慧和宜居城市的新一步。
市长表示，新系统让执法人员可即时通过移动设备开出罚单，并实时上传至中央系统，使执法更快速、环保与精准。市民也可通过 Borneo Park Miri 官方应用程式 查询和缴付罚单，无需再到柜台排队。
目前系统率先在滨海一期及二期试行，未来将扩展至全市。此举不仅提高停车管理效率，也支持减少纸张使用，推动绿色城市目标。
口号 “Smart Parking. Trusted Service. Better Miri”，象征着美里智慧停车新时代的来临。
