If the Miri to Marudi trip is reduced to 30 minutes after the MMMLL project, that means the average speed will be much higher than now — likely around 80–90 km/h on the new JKR R5-standard road with no ferry delays and smoother alignment.

For context:
• At 80 km/h, you can cover 40 km in 30 minutes.
• The Eastwood–Marudi section is about 42 km, so the numbers line up with the projected time.

The 68 km stretch (Long Panai to Long Lama) wouldn’t be 30 minutes — that part would still be around 1 hour after completion.
