Sibu Kampua found at Lucky Restaurant in Miri.
The kampua here is actually quite good, with an authentic Foochow-style preparation. It has generous portions for the price, with a subtle fragrance and flavour of lard, and thick, straight noodles. It’s not overly salty or greasy.
Their signature red kampua is a bit milder in flavour, and their stir-fries are also tasty.
