RM1 Chee Chong Fun at Open Air Market Miri

There are many places in Miri selling chee cheong fun, but of course then, at Open Air Market Miri, I keep coming back here because of the old branded selection of food I can try. For RM 1, the portion of one pack chee cheong fun is extremely just enough as a dim sum.

The chee cheong fun here was popular for a long time since I was a kid. It is tasty only with the red sweet auce added, a little bit sticky, soft and with crunchy textures compliment well. The unrolled rice dough cut into the shape of koey teow using scissor, therefore known as scissor kueh by many Chinese (剪刀kueh).
